Crestwood's Most
Trusted Auto Shop

After we decided not to put in a rebuilt transmission, Mark was kind enough to tell me that if I procured my own transmission, they would install it for the cost of labor. That was a really good deal to me. Don’t wanna drop one of those on my chest. Pleased with the workmanship and the feel I got from the shop.

Highly recommend this place for any car issues or concerns. Went to them because I noticed a loud humming noise while driving coming from the tire area, took it to them and they did a full inspection to find the issue and within 3 hours they let me know that all I needed were another set of tires as the brands that were currently on my car were not matching and likely the cause of the road noise while driving as everything else checked out. They were completely fair and honest and did not make up problems or try to up sale me. They even recommend a place to go to get the tires and we’re not haggling me to buy from them. I had bought the car 2 days prior and was nervous I was sold something that needed a huge repair but they assured me that I had a great car and even went over the car fax with me explaining how well it was maintained prior to me buying it. I left feeling relieved and completely happy. If you want a trustworthy place that does great quality work/inspections, this is your place. Moving forward this is the only place I will go anytime I have any car issues!

Service was courteous, thorough, timely and most of all very honest. Battery and coolant were also checked. No unnecessary work was performed. Service manager is very professional and provided a comprehensive summary of vehicle status. I would highly recommend Certified Auto Service.

Went in to shop with an appointment, they are never rude or too busy. Listened to my concerns, then set a time that day to check out my truck. Explained their finds and said they would write up a cost and call me the next day. Could not have gone better.
