The shop covers approximately 90% of your single health insurance premium. Dental and vision options are also available.
Plan for your future. A 401(k) is available to all full-time team members after the probationary period.
40 hours of PTO after 6 months. 80 hours at 2 years. 120 hours at 4 years. We mean it when we say we care about your time off.
Every new hire goes through a 90-day period where we work closely together to make sure it is a great fit — for both of us.
We are not a dealership. You will know everyone by name. Your work matters here and you will feel it.

Handle oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filters, and other express services that keep our bays moving. This is a great entry point for someone serious about building a career in automotive — we invest in people who show up and want to grow.

You are the face of the shop — the person our clients trust to explain what their car needs and why. We do not run a high-pressure sales operation. We explain, we educate, and we let clients make informed decisions. If that is how you naturally work, you will thrive here.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Source the right parts at the right price, keep the shop stocked, and make sure nothing sits waiting on a part longer than it should. You will work closely with technicians and advisors to keep jobs moving and clients happy.

What We're Looking For
Answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and make sure every person who walks through the door or calls in feels taken care of. You do not need to know how to fix cars — you need to be genuinely good with people and take pride in the details.
