Monday–Friday Only
8:00am–5:15pm with a lunch break. No weekends, no evenings. We built the schedule around having a life outside of work.
Health Insurance
The shop covers approximately 90% of your single health insurance premium. Dental and vision options are also available.

Paid Time Off
40 hours of PTO after 6 months. 80 hours at 2 years. 120 hours at 4 years. We mean it when we say we care about your time off.

Automotive Technician
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles — from routine maintenance to complex engine and drivetrain work. We run a flat rate shop, which means your efficiency directly drives your earnings. Experienced techs consistently hit the top of that range.
What You'll Do
- ▸Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models
- ▸Complete digital vehicle inspections at every visit
- ▸Communicate findings clearly to the service advisor
- ▸Maintain a clean, organized bay and follow shop safety standards
What We're Looking For
- ▸ASE certification (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
- ▸2+ years of shop experience
- ▸Own tools
General Service Technician
Handle oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filters, and other express services that keep our bays moving. This is a great entry point for someone serious about building a career in automotive — we invest in people who show up and want to grow.
What You'll Do
- ▸Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
- ▸Assist technicians with general maintenance tasks
- ▸Keep the shop floor clean and organized
- ▸Learn digital inspection process and shop workflow
What We're Looking For
- ▸Some automotive experience or vocational training
- ▸Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Service Advisor
You are the face of the shop — the person our clients trust to explain what their car needs and why. We do not run a high-pressure sales operation. We explain, we educate, and we let clients make informed decisions. If that is how you naturally work, you will thrive here.
What You'll Do
- ▸Write repair orders and communicate estimates clearly to clients
- ▸Follow up on digital inspection results and explain findings without pressure
- ▸Coordinate workflow between clients and technicians
- ▸Build long-term client relationships through honest, consistent communication
What We're Looking For
- ▸Previous service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience
- ▸Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ▸Comfortable with shop management software (Tekmetric experience a plus)
Parts Manager
Source the right parts at the right price, keep the shop stocked, and make sure nothing sits waiting on a part longer than it should. You will work closely with technicians and advisors to keep jobs moving and clients happy.
What You'll Do
- ▸Source and order parts from multiple vendors to balance quality and cost
- ▸Manage parts inventory and returns
- ▸Coordinate with technicians on parts needs and timelines
- ▸Build vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities
What We're Looking For
- ▸Previous parts counter or inventory management experience
- ▸Familiarity with automotive parts systems
- ▸Detail-oriented and organized
Customer Service Representative
Answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and make sure every person who walks through the door or calls in feels taken care of. You do not need to know how to fix cars — you need to be genuinely good with people and take pride in the details.
What You'll Do
- ▸Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- ▸Greet clients and manage the front desk experience
- ▸Follow up with clients after service visits
- ▸Support the service advisor team with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- ▸Previous customer service or front desk experience
- ▸Warm, professional phone presence
- ▸Comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer tasks
